eat your bread every day

this is the very first post to my new blog..... Christ said He was the TRUE BREAD from heaven, and that to inhereit eternal life, we must eat His flesh and drink His blood.. and that the very words He spoke are SPIRIT and they are LIFE..... the words themselves are the bread of life....
