As you may know if you have been watching the bible study videos, recently a Congressman appeared on C-Span discussing the financial crises and events concerning a $550 BILLION electronic withdrawal that occurred in September 2008. I thought the Congressman had mentioned the date as "September 18 2008", but I was mistaken. I will let you read for yourself the correct date that he was referring to.
